NobleHour Partner Staff Guide

Access Existing Partner Staff Account

To access an existing NobleHour account click the Log In button and then select the Forgot Password link.

Enter your email address and then select Email Link.

Check your inbox and spam folder for an email regarding resetting your password. Click the link in your email to finish creating a new password.

Create your new password and then click the Reset button. That's it! You're all set and now have access to your NobleHour account to begin signing up for volunteer opportunties, tracking hours, and reporting on your service.

Register a New Account

Click the Login button and then select Not a Member? Register.

Complete the registration form to set up your account.

You'll be asked to verify your identify with a passcode sent to the email address provided in the registration form. Check your inbox and spam folder for this email.

Click on the link in the email or copy and paste the code in the box on the verification page.

That's it! You're all set and now have access to your NobleHour account to begin signing up for volunteer opportunties, tracking hours, and reporting on your service.

Request Partner Staff Access

If you are a coordinator or administrator and need to request access to manage a Group or Organization to complete the following tasks:

  1. List Volunteer Opportunities
  2. Report Attendance and Verify Hours
  3. Manage Volunteers
  4. Report Hours

Under the Groups menu item select Request Partner Staff Access.

Select your Group or Organization from the list and then Request Access.

Your request has to be approved by an existing Partner Staff member before you gain access. Once your request is approved, you'll see a Partner Portal menu item on the top navigation.

Accessing the Partner Portal

If you have Partner Staff access for a Group or Organization, you'll see the Partner Portal menu item on the top navigation. Select this tab to manage your Group or Organization.

Creating Volunteer Opportunities

In the Partner Portal select the Volunteer Opportunities link on the left side.

On this page you'll see any existing Volunteer Opportunities filtered by their status. To create a new volunteer opportunity select the Create Volunteer Opportunity button.

Complete the form to list your Volunteer Opportunity on the search and calendar page.

Report Attendance

In the Partner Portal select the Report Attendance link in the left menu.

On this page you can confirm if a volunteer attended their service or not. If a connection record is marked as attended the hours will be accredited to their account.  

Manage Role Requests

If a contact request Partner Staff Access you can manage this request in the Partner Portal. Start by selecting the Manage Partner Staff Access link in the left menu.

On this page you can filter the existing roles by the request that aren't active and then grant them access using the Manage button.

Manage Groups

On the Manage Groups page you can manage the status of Groups in your portal. Use the Status column to adjust between Active and Pending Groups.

Custom Reports

There will be custom reports already created for you and your staff that you can easily run. You can also pull custom reports for smaller datasets. Select the Custom Report link.

Enter your start and end date for your report and then select Generate Report

There will be an Export to CSV button if you want to work in another application like Excel.
