HOC Release Notes 3.0.10.58 (June 09, 2022)
This release provides under the hood improvements to make HOC public sites operate more efficiently when interacting with Salesforce. It also provides some bug fixes and new features as described below:
Now you can require volunteers to sign into their account before viewing the details of a volunteer opportunity. Volunteers will still be able to view a list of available projects on your search page. However, if there are not logged into their account a 403 error page will appear when they attempt to view the volunteer opportunity details or sign up. To enable this feature, submit a case with our Support Team. This change will apply to all Volunteer Opportunities.
Before if you wanted to verify your domain for Facebook you would need to add a custom meta tag in Sitewide Settings. With this update we have made this process even easier.
In the CMS select AddOns and then Sitewide Settings.
Next, copy your content value and paste it into the field labeled Facebook Domain Verification Code.
Save your settings and then test the verification on the Facebook module.
Now you can add a custom success page after your Volunteer Advanced Registration System (ARS) workflow. You can access this page (required ARS add-on subscription) by following the steps below:
- In the CMS go to AddOns
- Next, go to Advanced Registration, Volunteer Registration , and then click on your existing workflow or create a new one.
- Select the Create New Page button to see the new option of creating a Success Page for the Volunteer Registration ARS.
If you create a custom success page in your Volunteer Registration ARS, it'll replace the default success page that volunteers see after registering on your site.
Fixed an issue that broke the URL for volunteer opportunities on Minisites. This issue only occurred when clicking on a volunteer opportunity from a Search Block on a site using a pseudo-domain.
In forms you'll notice a new Default Value field whenever you are using a picklist or a multi-select picklist from a Salesforce list view. You'll now be able to set a default value for these fields.
