HOC Release Notes 3.0.12.2 (October 17 - October 28)

New Features:

Listing Block: Refreshing Object for a Data Table Improvements (LHH-16322)

When using a Listing Block linked to a Salesforce list view, you may need to update the fields. This is done by adding or removing them from the list view. These changes only appeared in the data table after refreshing the object which reset the blocks configuration. With this improvement, your updates are more efficient as existing configurations are preserved:

• Custom fields are retained.

• Field settings remain unchanged.

• Fields toggled on or off stay as they were.

• New fields are added in the “off” state by default.

New Grid Block (LHH-17289)

To access this feature you have to use the new CMS Layout that was introduced recently. After the new layout is enabled go to the Image Block and set the Grid Layout.

In the Grid Position upload and configure an image for each option.  In the image below you'll see a 2x2 configured image block.

Form: Calculate Field and Redirection Logic (LHH-20312)

Calculated fields can now be used in redirection logic. For example, you can control whether volunteers can proceed with an assessment based on the number of correct answers. A calculated field can sum up the correct answers and decide if they can move to the next page.

Improvements:

Listing CMS block always shows "Please wait" if the SOQL is invalid (LHH-20331)

We improved the system to display detailed information about misconfigurations instead of a “Please wait” screen.

Form: Hidden Field Value not being Copied to Salesforce field (LHH-20360)

We fixed an issue that occurred when a dropdown with a default value was set to copy its value to a hidden field.

Outlook Calendar and Volunteer Opportunity Timezone (LHH-20364)

We fixed an issue where calendar events for Outlook were incorrectly set to always use the America/Chicago time zone, causing event times to display incorrectly for users in other time zones.
