The ability to view and/or edit a Listing Block or Custom Form can be controlled by session variables. This means you can use any field on the Contact object to determine if they have the ability to view a block or form. In addition, control if they can edit.  

In the example below contacts who are members of the Accounting Department can view this block and the Tech Department can edit. Currently, this feature can only be managed by HOC Staff so open a support request if you would like to explore how this feature can be implemented into your business practice.
