HOC Release Notes 3.0.10.53 (March 31, 2022)

This release contains a few minor bug fixes and increased flexibility in the formatting of listing block data tables.

Listing Block: Ability to apply formatting and behavior to data tables (HOC3-10828)

When creating a listing block in data table display mode, it's now possible to apply some formatting and behavior settings to a column. Different options are available depending on which data type is used.

Text

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

Text Area

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Truncate at [ ] characters

Rich Text

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Format: Rich Text (default) or Plain Text

  • Truncate at [ ] characters

Email

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Clickable with “mailto:”

Phone

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Clickable with “tel:”

Number

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Format: Integer, decimal + number of decimals, percent

Currency

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Format: Integer, decimal + number of decimals

  • Show currency symbol

  • Select Currency

Percent

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Format: Integer, decimal + number of decimals

  • Show percent symbol

Date

  • Format: mm/dd/yyyy, dd/mm/yyyy, mm/yyyy, etc

Date/Time

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Format: Same as Date plus:

    • hh:mm:ss, hh:mm

    • AM/PM or 24 hr

Formula

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Treat as text, number, currenct or date (default is text)

Picklist

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

Multipicklist

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

Lookup

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

Checkbox

Should be displayed as a checkbox

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

URL

  • Column width (if blank then auto)

  • Clickable as URL or custom text

When you select a field in your table, you'll now see the formatting options on the right side:

Notes
Font and Size of Menu Bar (Navigation) can now be adjusted on request (HOC3-15458)

The ability for the support team to adjust the font and the size of the menu bar has been added to HOC.  If you wish your navigation menus to be larger or smaller, or wish to use a different font for just the menus, please open a support ticket and we can make those adjustments for you!
