HOC Release Notes 3.0.10.59 (June 23, 2022)
This release provides under the hood improvements to make HOC public sites operate more efficiently when interacting with Salesforce. It also provides some bug fixes and new features as described below:
Fixed an issue that prevented dependent picklist fields from showing the correct value in custom forms with the Firefox browser.
Fixed an issue that prevented the Project Switcher from loading properly when there is a Login ARS activated.
Fixed an issue that prevented a custom Kiosk Form from appearing with the following settings:
- Guest disabled
- Teams disabled
- Check-Out Disabled
With this update you can now set a Search Results Block as the default block that shows volunteer opportunities for Special Events and Partner Organizations.
This is helpful if you are using a custom page and Search Results Block for volunteer opportunities instead of our default page and block.
Here is how you can set the redirect link for Special Events:
- CMS > Blocks > System Forms > Special Events Page
- Add your page url for your custom Search Results Block to the field labeled See ALL Opportunities Redirect URL.
Here is how you can set the redirect link for Partner Organizations:
- CMS > Blocks > System Forms > Organization Detail Page
- Add your page url for your custom Search Results Block to the field labeled See ALL Opportunities Redirect URL.
We added the ability to use Listing CMS Blocks on pages in the Sharing (Partner) Portal. In order to include a Listing Block in the Sharing Portal, the block must be marked for the Sharing Portal and the URL must be included in the Only URLS listed below section.
It's possible to add Listing Blocks to the Sharing Portal Dashboard and custom pages.
This feature is in beta and is not publicly available yet. If there is a need to add a Listing Block to page in the Partner Portal please open a case with details.
We added a new format when using a Search Results Block. Now you can select our Listing with Tile Flip Format. This format will automatically flip over and show available shifts (Occurrences) for the Volunteer Opportunity and available slots.
The number of available shifts displayed is set automatically and cannot be changed. There is also a Learn More button that will redirect the volunteer to the Opportunity Detail Page for more information.
We added the "Contains" filter operator when using a custom form and a single-select picklist value from a Salesforce listview.
