HOC3 Release Notes 13.1.3
HOC3v13.1.3 (Released: 01/12/2026)
Overview
This HOC3 update is a small, customer-focused release that fixes a broken hours-reporting form, resolves problems with embedded Google Calendars and YouTube videos, and expands font options so sites can better match their branding.
🐞 Bug Fixes
LHH-22501 – YA50 hour reporting form not saving selected options
- What was the issue?
- On the YA50 Hours Reporting page, the form allowed users to select multiple options, but those choices were supposed to be copied into a hidden field for processing and reporting. That copy step stopped working, so the selected values were not being saved correctly.
- What was solved?
- The form was refactored to use a single-select picklist that reliably writes the chosen value to the hidden field:
- The old multi-select picklist (and its hidden-field logic) was removed.
- A new single-select picklist was enabled and correctly mapped to the hidden field.
LHH-22578 – Embedded Google Calendar and YouTube stop working after page edits
- What was the issue?
- For Volunteer Center of Lehigh Valley (0188), embedded content like Google Calendars and YouTube videos would break after editing a page in the CMS:
- A calendar that worked on one page would stop displaying on another after edits.
- YouTube embeds showed similar “stops working after edit” behavior.
- What was solved?
- The page editor and saving logic were adjusted so:
- The calendar and video iframe configurations are preserved correctly.
- Required attributes (like sandbox-related settings) are no longer stripped out or overwritten after edits.
🆕 New Features / Enhancements
LHH-22615 – Add new fonts to Visual Settings in CMS
- What was the issue?
- A customer requested specific fonts for their rebrand (for example, “Apfel Grotezk” for headers and “Lexend” for body text). The existing Visual Settings in the CMS did not yet support these fonts, limiting how closely their HOC3 site could match their new brand.
- What was solved?
- New font options were added to the Visual Settings area of the CMS, enabling these requested fonts to be used in the site’s theme.
- Result: Sites have more control over typography and can better align their HOC3 look and feel with current brand guidelines.
