Bug Fixes

LHH-21754: Improvements to Module Information Retrieval
Enhanced system performance by updating how module information is retrieved. Now, only the necessary data is loaded when needed, reducing unnecessary database calls and improving efficiency. Error messages are now localized for a better user experience.
LHH-21760: Listing Block Language Consistency
Fixed an issue where the gender field in volunteer reports was sometimes displayed in English instead of Spanish. Now, all gender information is consistently shown in Spanish as expected.
LHH-21784: AZ Leaders on Board Registration Issue
Resolved a problem where users experienced issues submitting the Civic Leader application form. The form now submits correctly, ensuring a smoother registration process.
