Issue: An outdated profile-management screen displayed duplicate or blank profiles and did not save permission changes.

Issue: Older attendance-reporting links did not redirect correctly when using the new login experience.

Resolution: Added redirection from the previous address to the current attendance-reporting page.

Issue: Users reported intermittent errors or extended loading screens during Google sign-in.

Issue: Submitting a form could update fields inside sections hidden by conditional logic.

Resolution: Added validation before submission so hidden sections do not update their fields.

Correct Form Builder Validation Feedback  LHH-23457

Issue: Invalid form visibility conditions could leave a "Please wait" message displayed indefinitely. Custom-logic checkboxes could also appear unchecked when enabled.

Resolution: Updated the save process so validation controls the processing message, and corrected the checkbox display.

Correct Dependent Dropdown Default Values  LHH-23467

Issue: Activity Type and other dependent dropdowns could show incorrect default values because dependency rules were not validated.

Resolution: Added validation so default-value options respect the dropdown's dependencies.
