Overview

This release delivers essential improvements to the form data export process to prevent recurring 500 errors, fixes SSO login and email update issues for a customer integration, and resolves a critical bug where volunteer opportunity signup restrictions were not being enforced.

🐞 Bug Fixes

LHH-22980 – Form Export – Essential Improvements to Prevent Error Reports

• What was the issue?

• Multiple customers were encountering 500 Internal Server Errors when attempting to export form submission data. Depending on the data size and system load, the export process would fail, preventing customers from accessing critical form data.

• What was solved?

• Improvements originally developed for HOC4's form data export process — including batch processing to handle large volumes of data — were adapted and implemented in HOC3. These changes prevent the system from being overwhelmed during export operations.

Result: Form data exports now process reliably regardless of data size or system load, eliminating the recurring 500 errors.

LHH-22859 – Restrictions Not Working for Volunteer Opportunity Sign Ups

• What was the issue?

• Volunteer opportunities were not enforcing signup restrictions. The ARS (Automated Restriction System) workflow was configured to "Restrict" based on criteria such as training completion, age, and waiver status, but volunteers who did not meet the requirements were still able to sign up. This created potentially dangerous situations where untrained volunteers could participate in programs.

• What was solved?

• We fixed the restriction evaluation logic so that the ARS workflow conditions are properly enforced during the signup process. Volunteers who do not meet the configured criteria (e.g., missing training dates, expired waivers) are now correctly blocked from signing up.

Result: Volunteer opportunity signup restrictions are now properly enforced, preventing unqualified or untrained volunteers from signing up for restricted programs.
