HOC4 Release Notes 1.27.0

RELEASE NOTES  LLH4v1.27.0

Release Date: June 11, 2026

Bug Fixes

Restore Existing Salesforce Data in Forms  LHH-23443

Issue: Forms, including cloned forms, could fail to display existing Salesforce data when their mappings referenced a deleted field.

Resolution: Forms now skip missing Salesforce fields and retry loading so the remaining data populates correctly.

Prevent Direct Access to Internal Registration Pages  LHH-23451

Issue: Internal ARS pages could be accessed directly without following the required registration or signup steps.

Resolution: Added navigation checks that redirect users to the appropriate starting page. Inactive pages display a 404 page, and ARS pages are excluded from search engine indexing.

Fix Saving Forms with Text Area Fields  LHH-23472

Issue: Creating or editing a form could fail when a Text Area field was added without configuring its properties before adding another field.

Resolution: Corrected a field-size limitation that caused the save error.

Restore Opportunity Carousel Navigation  LHH-23476

Issue: Search Results blocks could hide navigation arrows when opportunity images were enabled, preventing users from browsing additional results.

Resolution: Corrected the carousel layout and styling so navigation controls display properly.

Resolve Account Access and Password Recovery Errors  LHH-23478

Issue: An outdated password-recovery setting could create invalid account data and prevent some users from accessing the public site.

Resolution: Removed reliance on the deprecated setting and corrected affected records.

Improvements

Updated Public Site Language Resources  LHH-22927

Issue: Public site language resources needed updating.

Resolution: Refreshed language resources for the main languages used on the public site.

Enable or Disable Visual Settings by Page Layout  LHH-23200

Issue: Administrators could not deactivate Visual Settings for individual page layouts.

Resolution: Added a control to enable or disable Visual Settings for each layout. Sitewide settings remain enabled and cannot be disabled.

Standardized Validation Alerts, Part I  LHH-23294

Issue: Validation alerts used inconsistent presentation across different workflows.

Resolution: Introduced a reusable validation-alert foundation with neutral styling and configurable icons. Additional implementation continued in Part II.

Legacy Template and Stylesheet Cleanup  LHH-23394

Issue: The platform retained outdated template code and fragmented stylesheet organization.

Resolution: Removed legacy template code, reorganized styles into a unified structure, and added configuration support for the new styles.

Improved Salesforce Migration Processing  LHH-23421

Issue: Initial use of the Salesforce migration tool identified gaps in metadata transformation and deployment validation.

Resolution: Updated transformation rules, made deployment validation the first processing step, and created a new step-by-step guide.

Standardized Validation Alerts, Part II  LHH-23423

Issue: Messages for correctable data or configuration issues needed clearer, more consistent presentation.

Resolution: Centralized validation-alert configuration with a neutral face icon, soft wording, and customizable message text and action buttons. Broader adoption across backend validations is planned separately.

Configurable Default State for Listing Filters  LHH-23480

Issue: Listing filters positioned on the left or right always opened expanded.

Resolution: Added an option to display each filter expanded or collapsed by default. Expanded remains the pre-selected setting.
