More Reliable Salesforce Connection Renewal  LHH-23929

Issue: HOC3 services managed Salesforce token renewal separately, making authentication harder to maintain and coordinate.

Resolution: Integrated centralized token management with secure authentication, coordinated renewal requests, and retries for temporary failures. Refreshed credentials are synchronized so subsequent requests use the current connection details.
