Resolution: Added Load More and Infinite Scroll options, allowing administrators to select their preferred pagination mode.

Clearer Contact and Organization Access Controls  LHH-23602

Issue: Managing access to all contacts and organizations required clearer permission controls and profile-based visibility options.

Resolution: Added special permissions for managing all contacts and organizations in the Sharing Portal, plus a standard user-profile variable for visibility rules. System-managed settings are protected from changes by regular CMS users.

Issue: Changing an account email address could leave the My Account screen loading indefinitely, preventing users from entering their verification code.

Resolution: Corrected verification-code processing so users can proceed with verification and resend codes when needed.

Issue: Date and time formula fields in Form Builder could display without the site's expected formatting.
