Issue: An administrative-looking data endpoint caused concern about access to public listing content.

Resolution: Review confirmed that the reported listing was configured for public access. Updated endpoint naming to better reflect its purpose. This was not a confirmed access-control vulnerability.

Strengthen Google Maps Integration Security  LHH-23933

Issue: Some Google Maps functionality exposed API keys in browser-side code.

Resolution: Moved supported operations to server-side processing and introduced a restricted key for features that still require browser access. Further server-side migration is being evaluated.

Correct Dates Copied to Hidden Fields  LHH-23943

Issue: Copying a date value into a hidden field could cause Salesforce to reject the form submission.

Resolution: Corrected date and time formatting before copied values are assigned to mapped hidden fields.

Clearer Custom Session Variable Validation  LHH-23944

Issue: Creating a custom session variable with a duplicate token displayed an incorrect Spanish error message.

Resolution: Corrected the translation to explain that the token is already in use and added missing language resources.

Issue: Some CMS configuration text remained in English when another language was selected.

Resolution: Replaced hard-coded text with translated resources, corrected capitalization inconsistencies, and applied minor layout refinements.

Modernized Packaging Manager Authentication  LHH-23702 / LHH-23895

Issue: Packaging Manager relied on an older Salesforce authentication process that needed support for refresh-token rotation.

Resolution: Integrated centralized token management for Salesforce metadata retrieval and deployment, removed the obsolete authentication service, and updated Salesforce command-line tooling.

Consistent Profile Selection Controls  LHH-23863

Issue: Profile selectors in page and menu-item settings differed from those used in CMS blocks.

Resolution: Updated these selectors to use the same selection control as CMS blocks.

Correct Salesforce Authentication Profile Selection  LHH-23923

Issue: Token refresh requests needed to identify which Salesforce connection profile to use.

Resolution: Updated requests to specify the appropriate credential profile while preserving existing authentication, retry, and error-handling behavior.

More Responsive Listing Requests  LHH-23927

Issue: One slow listing request could block other listing requests from the same browser session.

Resolution: Introduced dedicated read-only request processing and asynchronous service calls so listing requests can run concurrently without unnecessary session locking.

Resume Normal Processing After Salesforce Reauthorization  LHH-23928

Issue: A connection could remain flagged as requiring reauthorization after reauthorization had completed.

Resolution: The reauthorization flag now clears automatically after a successful reconnection.

Restore Favorites After Permission Changes  LHH-23934

Issue: Favorites could disappear after permissions were added to Code Injection settings.

Resolution: Corrected Favorites permission recalculation and addressed related minor issues on the All Contacts page.

Improve Partner Portal Access Validation  LHH-23935

Issue: Partner staff reported being unable to view organization information or opportunities. Review identified an edge case involving legacy partner-staff profiles.

Resolution: Updated access checks to use current HOC4 site profiles and added diagnostic logging when coordinator selections fail to load.

Note: The originally reported scenario could not be reproduced during testing.

Reliable Value Copying in Forms  LHH-23970

Issue: Values copied to hidden fields could be missing or invalid when populated from session variables or fields controlled by display logic.

Resolution: Corrected value copying in standard and registration forms, including cases where multiple source fields share a hidden destination field.

Preserve Registration Data During Image Uploads  LHH-23987

Issue: Processing larger images could allow registration to advance before page data was retained, resulting in incomplete Salesforce records. A separate issue prevented form submissions from being stored.

Resolution: Corrected image-processing coordination and registration submission storage.

Note: Previously missing data was not recoverable through this fix and may require resubmission.

Improvements

Improved Listing Diagnostics and Configuration Handling  LHH-23969

Issue: Some requests continued to use the older listing implementation instead of the newer performance-focused endpoint.

Resolution: Added diagnostic tracing to identify these requests and improved configuration reading. Further migration work remains separate.

Resolution: Corrected authentication-cookie handling and added diagnostic logging to improve troubleshooting.

Restore Contact Editing  LHH-24005

Issue: Contact editing pages could remain stuck on "Please wait" for users without Global access.

Resolution: Applied the shared form-processing correction tracked under LHH-24011 to restore normal page loading and editing.

Restore Multi-Timezone Event Configuration  LHH-24010

Issue: Timezone fields could display internal values and prevent staff from adding events.

Resolution: Applied the shared form-processing correction tracked under LHH-24011, restoring the affected functionality.

Correct Hidden-Field Processing in Forms  LHH-24011

Issue: An error in hidden-field processing could prevent users from updating profile information, including birthdates.

Resolution: Corrected the form script logic so affected fields can load and update normally.

Restore Opportunity Editing  LHH-24012

Issue: Opportunity editing forms could remain on "Please wait," preventing changes.

Resolution: Applied the shared form-processing correction tracked under LHH-24011 to restore opportunity editing.

Restore Account Registration Submission  LHH-24013

Issue: Selecting Submit on an account registration form could leave users on the same page without completing registration.

Resolution: Applied the shared form-processing correction tracked under LHH-24011, allowing registration to proceed.

Restore Opportunity and Location Form Submission  LHH-24014

Issue: Opportunity creation could fail to advance to the next page, and new locations could fail to save.

Resolution: Corrected the shared form-processing issue affecting opportunity creation and a separate script error affecting location creation.
