Clearer Grouped Fields and Checkbox Layouts  LHH-23606

Issue: Grouped fields and checkboxes needed clearer presentation in block configuration forms.

Resolution: Improved their design to make configuration forms easier to use.

Reliable Team Signup Without an Individual Account  LHH-23629

Issue: Creating additional team members could silently fail when a predefined Individual Account was missing.

Resolution: Removed this account dependency so additional volunteer contacts and team members can be created consistently with standard HOC4 registration.

Manage Global Goals Icons in the CMS  LHH-23645

Issue: Administrators needed a way to update Global Goals icons used in search results.

Resolution: Added Global Goals management under CMS > Site Settings > Global Goals.

Email Selected Contacts from Listing Tables  LHH-23650

Issue: Listing tables needed an option to email selected contacts directly.

Resolution: Added a configurable Send Email action for Data Table listings. Administrators select the recipient name and email fields, and logged-in users can email selected records.

Stronger Salesforce Authorization Security  LHH-23659

Issue: Salesforce connection authorization needed additional protection during the initial login exchange.

Resolution: Added PKCE security checks with single-use verification during authorization. Existing refresh-token processing remains unchanged.

Correct Listing Counter Data Processing  LHH-23673

Issue: Listing counters could fail to return data because of an error in counter-processing logic.

Resolution: Corrected the processing logic to restore counter results. Additional counter improvements are tracked separately.

Bug Fixes

Configurable Registration Cutoff at Event Start  LHH-23695

Issue: A blank or zero registration cutoff was treated as a one-hour cutoff, closing signup before the event started.

Resolution: Added an optional site setting that allows signup until the event starts when the cutoff is blank or zero. Existing behavior remains unchanged unless this setting is enabled.

Note: Continued early closure was reported after release and tracked separately under LHH-23861.

Preserve Values in Non-Editable Form Fields  LHH-23710

Issue: Date fields marked "Not Visible" could be cleared when saving a form, while radio buttons using the same setting could remain editable.

Resolution: Corrected these behaviors to preserve date values and prevent unintended changes to radio-button selections.

Correct Display of Saved Email Recipient Settings  LHH-23720

Issue: Reopening a Listing Block could display incorrect recipient name and email fields, making saved settings appear to have reset.

Resolution: Corrected field initialization for Salesforce query-based listings so the configured recipient selections display correctly.

Correct Calendar Event Times and Descriptions  LHH-23721

Issue: Google Calendar events for virtual opportunities could show incorrect times, and event descriptions could include CSS code.

Resolution: Corrected date and time conversion for virtual locations and improved description cleanup to remove stray styling code.

Save Block Authorization Settings Correctly  LHH-23725

Issue: Changes to the "Authorized for" setting did not save correctly, complicating visibility configuration for search and calendar blocks.

Resolution: Corrected saving of the authorization setting. Separate layout and region configuration issues affecting page display were also addressed.
